South Symposium - 18 Nov 09 - President's Invitation - Theme - Programme - Stands/Sponsorship - Registration Form - Pay Online AFCEA Southern - Symposium 2009 - 18 Nov 09 Sponsorship & Stands/Table-Top Displays (updated 1 Oct 09) AFCEA South would welcome sponsorship from companies to help cover the costs of putting on the Symposium. No donation is too small or big – however, multiples of £500 are encouraged! Donors will be acknowledged publicly on the dinner menu, agenda and website. For sponsorship of £500 or greater, they will also be entitled to one free place at the Symposium, including dinner. There will again be the opportunity for companies to have small displays in the communal area at the entrance to the Millennium Hall. Each display area will be restricted to 2m x 1m and power may not be available. A trestle table will be provided for each display. Spaces will cost £250 each. We routinely have more requests for stands than we have
space for, so early booking (and sponsorship!) is strongly recommended.
Those companies which have been allocated a place will have access from
1400 on Tuesday 17th Nov to erect their stand shells and position
display material. This should be completed by 1700 hrs at the
latest.
